Abstract

With the increasing scrutiny on social media platforms for regulatory compliance, the need for scalable and robust frameworks has been felt acutely. This manuscript discusses the design of scalable platforms that effectively integrate mechanisms for regulatory compliance. We identify best practices in compliance management on social media by examining the contemporary literature, implementing simulation research, and performing statistical analysis. The study highlights the role of technology, governance, and adaptability in addressing the multifaceted challenges of compliance, offering actionable insights for platform designers and policymakers.
