Abstract

विद्यालयी शिक्षा में विद्यार्थियों के अधिगम, सहभागिता और उपलब्धि को प्रभावित करने वाले कारकों में शिक्षक की प्रतिक्रिया एक महत्त्वपूर्ण शैक्षिक घटक है। शिक्षक द्वारा विद्यार्थियों के कार्य, प्रगति, त्रुटियों तथा संभावित सुधार के संबंध में दी गई प्रतिक्रिया केवल शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन को प्रभावित नहीं करती, बल्कि विद्यार्थियों की अकादमिक प्रेरणा, आत्मविश्वास और सीखने की निरंतरता को भी प्रभावित कर सकती है। प्रस्तुत अध्ययन का उद्देश्य विद्यालयी विद्यार्थियों द्वारा अनुभव की जाने वाली शिक्षक प्रतिक्रिया तथा उनकी अकादमिक प्रेरणा के मध्य संबंध का अध्ययन करना था। अध्ययन में उत्तर भारत के माध्यमिक स्तर के विद्यालयों में अध्ययनरत कक्षा IX एवं X के 320 विद्यार्थियों को सम्मिलित किया गया। शिक्षक प्रतिक्रिया तथा अकादमिक प्रेरणा के मापन हेतु संरचित पाँच-बिंदु लिकर्ट मापनी का प्रयोग किया गया। आँकड़ों के विश्लेषण के लिए माध्य, मानक विचलन, स्वतंत्र नमूना t-परीक्षण तथा पियर्सन उत्पाद-क्षण सहसंबंध का प्रयोग किया गया। परिणामों से ज्ञात हुआ कि विद्यार्थियों की शिक्षक प्रतिक्रिया का औसत स्तर 93.84 तथा अकादमिक प्रेरणा का औसत स्तर 101.26 था। शिक्षक प्रतिक्रिया और अकादमिक प्रेरणा के मध्य मध्यम से उच्च स्तर का धनात्मक एवं सांख्यिकीय रूप से सार्थक सहसंबंध प्राप्त हुआ (r = 0.58, p < 0.001)। सकारात्मक एवं सुधारोन्मुख प्रतिक्रिया प्राप्त करने वाले विद्यार्थियों में अकादमिक प्रेरणा अपेक्षाकृत अधिक पाई गई। कक्षा IX और X के विद्यार्थियों के बीच शिक्षक प्रतिक्रिया तथा अकादमिक प्रेरणा दोनों में अंतर सांख्यिकीय रूप से सार्थक नहीं पाया गया। निष्कर्ष यह संकेत देते हैं कि प्रभावी शिक्षक प्रतिक्रिया विद्यार्थियों को उनकी वर्तमान उपलब्धि समझने, सुधार के अगले चरणों की पहचान करने तथा सीखने में सफलता की अपेक्षा बनाए रखने में सहायता कर सकती है। अध्ययन विद्यालयों में समयबद्ध, विशिष्ट, रचनात्मक और विद्यार्थी-केंद्रित प्रतिक्रिया को बढ़ावा देने की आवश्यकता पर बल देता है।
