Abstract

Understanding user behavior is very critical in creating effective user-centered design (UCD) practices that resonate with the needs and preferences of end-users. This paper investigates behavioral patterns and their implications in improving UCD strategies. Using qualitative and quantitative methodologies, the study identifies key user behaviors and evaluates their impact on usability, satisfaction, and engagement. Findings highlight the importance of integrating behavioral insights into the design process, showing improved outcomes in user experience (UX). These insights are actionable strategies for designers and developers to bridge the gap between user expectations and practical design implementations.
