Abstract

Data visualization is pivotal in modern software engineering, offering insights that drive decision making and improve project outcomes. This manuscript explores how Python’s robust ecosystem, coupled with Plotly’s interactive plotting capabilities, can be harnessed to enhance data visualization practices in software engineering. By integrating real-time analytics, interactive dashboards, and dynamic data exploration tools, the proposed approach enables software engineers to diagnose issues, monitor performance, and communicate findings effectively. This study reviews contemporary visualization techniques, outlines the methodology for integrating Python and Plotly, discusses experimental results, and concludes with recommendations for practical applications in software engineering projects.
